How is shipping calculated?

Westhood offers a flat price of ₹ 50 per 500 grams for every prepaid domestic order. Depending upon the total weight of the products in an order, the shipping price can vary. Currently we offer T-shirts, Crop Tops, Hoodies, Phone Cases, Mug, Poster, Coaster, Notebook, Button Badges, Mousepad and Pop Grips.

For example, if you want to ship 1 Mug and 2 Phone Cases to the same address, the total weight would be 500 + 125 + 125 = 750 gms.

The total shipping would be Rs. 100

Cash on Delivery is an additional Rs. 50 for every order.

Why is my order being shipped in different packages?

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different warehouse, depending on the availability of stock. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of backorder we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to deliver it to you as soon as possible.


What is the delivery timeline?

The delivery time ranges from 5 to 7 days based on different shipping zones. Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimate 1-2 weeks for your order to arrive (varies from product to product). Please note, that due to the extreme popularity of our offers, these are only estimates.


Can I change the delivery date for my order?

You can only change the delivery date of your shipment in case it is undelivered due to some reason. Also, it cannot be assured if the delivery will be made on the requested date.


Change of Shipping Address

You can change your shipping address as long as the item has not been shipped. Since it is up to the courier company to honor this request, it is better to do it as soon as possible, after the package is in transit.          
If an item has already been processed for shipping and you want to change the address you will be charged additional ₹ 65 + GST.

To update your shipping address, send us e-mail to our Support Team mentioning the Order ID of the order for which shipping address is to be changed with new address. We will send you link for payment of ₹ 65 + GST.

As said, it is up to the courier company to honor this request, the entire process might take around 7-10 days as the shipment is sent to the mother hub and then dispatched to the new address.


What happens if the customer is not available at the location at the time of delivery?

If customer is not available at the time of delivery, the courier partner will make a second attempt on the next business day, and a third attempt on the following business day, if necessary.

Note - No. of attempts made by different courier companies vary. Few make 3 attempts before the order is marked RTO and few are marked RTO after the 1st attempt. 


What is RTO? What are the possible reasons behind RTO?

Your shipment is updated as RTO (Return to Origin) initiated when the courier executive couldn't deliver your shipment. In this case, they mark the shipment RTO and sent it back to the original pickup address.

Reasons for undelivered shipment:

  • Customer not contactable

  • Incomplete / Wrong address

  • COD amount not ready

  • Future delivery requested by the customer 

  • Self-pickup requested by the customer 

  • Customer refused delivery

  • Door/premises/office closed


What happens in case of delivery not claimed by customer?

If the product is not delivered due to any reason (marked RTO) and it eventually goes unclaimed upon subsequent attempts and is returned back to us, you will be liable for the cost of a re-delivery. You will also be charged a reverse shipping fee which is equal to the forward shipping fee in such cases.


Serviceable pin code list and our logistic partners

We ship all the products via Delhivery, Blue Dart, FedEx and India Post. Since Delhivery and FedEx are market leaders when it comes to e-commerce shipping, most of the pin codes are covered by them and deliveries in these pin codes are fast.

However, since they operate only in cities with greater e-commerce penetration, there are a few pin codes which are not serviceable by them on a prepaid or cash-on-delivery service. In such cases, the orders are shipped via India Post since it covers all the pin codes on the prepaid mode. COD shipments cannot be sent via India Post.


What happens when the shipment is lost in-transit?

When the shipment is lost in-transit, you can drop an email at, we will ship a new order to our customer once we receive a confirmation from our courier partner. Westhood does not have any logistics company of its own and is reliable on 3rd Party Logistics for shipping therefore disputes related to damage, fake delivery, etc. must be raised within 48 hrs of delivery/delivery attempt. Any such cases raised after 48 hrs will not be entertained.
