Return / Replacement Policy
In spite of the Quality Checks we do, it is possible that the customer receives a product which may not be in the best condition. This might happen due to damages in transit or manual errors. To make sure that our customer receives the best product, we offer completely free replacements to our customers due to manufacturing defects and misprint errors. Please refer to our size guide for more details. You just have to e-mail us on firstname.lastname@example.org with few pictures or a video showing the exact defect with the product and we will have your replacement product shipped out within 48 hours of it being so authorised. We do not ask for the defected product to be returned back to us and hence no reverse pick-ups need to be scheduled. In the case of issues related to manufacturing defects, misprinting, damage, wrong items or defective items delivered to the customer, it must be communicated to Westhood within 5 days upon the delivery of the product after which we cannot offer any return or replacement of the product supplied to you. Our Return/Replacement Policy is valid upto 5 days from the date of delivery of the product.
In cases, if the product delivered to the customer is in perfect condition but the customer does not want to keep the product, we cannot offer return or replacement to the customer since the product is customized and printed for every order. Return and Replacement of products, if any, will be provided only upon our satisfaction and our decision in the matter shall be final and binding upon the customer. We cannot guarantee to provide return/replacement of products since our products are customized according to customer’s choices and cannot be used by us in any manner once shipped.
