How do I place an order?

Placing an order is really simple. You can place orders on our website either as a guest user or by becoming a member of Westhood. Here is the 5 step simple process:

  1. Select / Click on products of your choice directly from home page or by visiting the product category page. Click on the link in the header of home page to visit product category page. Alternatively, you can find images (under Our Collection) on home page containing links to the product category pages.

  2. Once you are on product category page, you can select products of your choice. Click Buy Now button to open mini cart. Alternatively, you can click on product image to visit that product page.

  3. Customize the product as per your preferences by selecting the size, color, quantity, type, model, etc. Refer to the size guide to customize clothing products as per your size. Click on Add To Cart button to move product to your shopping cart.

  4. View your shopping cart after adding all your products. Here you can enter promo code, any special request or instructions, product quantity, etc. Select online or offline payment option as per your choice. You can see the final price payable for your order. Click on Checkout button to complete the order process.

  5. Fill the shipping details and select the delivery method. You can pay online or offline. Upon completing the payment process you will receive Order ID and tracking link on your registered e-mail ID which you can use to track your order.

 

How can I become a member of Westhood? What is the difference between a guest user and Westhood member?

To become a Westhood member you need to complete the Sign/Up process on our website. You can register as a member on our website through your E-mail ID and Password, Facebook Account or Google Account. You can place orders on our website either as a guest user or as a Westhood member. Member needs to Log/In to complete order process.

The major difference between a Westhood member and a guest user is that, guest user needs to fill his/her shipping and other details every time he/she makes an order. Guest users cannot view their past orders and other details. They will not receive exclusive offers and priority support as compared to Westhood members.

 

What are the payment options available on Westhood?

We have partnered with India’s leading Payment Gateway for our online payments through credit and debit cards. You could also choose offline payment option to pay for your order (through Credit & Debit Cards, Netbanking, UPI, Wallets and Cash On Delivery). In cases when C.O.D option is not available, customers can choose online or offline payments except C.O.D.

How can I pay offline for my orders?

Now you can pay easily through Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI, Netbanking, Wallets and C.O.D.

Buy your favorite products today and have an option to pay within 48 hours.

How it works : (In Case of Prepaid Shipping & not C.O.D)

1. Once we receive an order where the terms of payment say “Offline Payment”, we will generate a payment request for that respective payment.

2. Customer will receive payment request through e-mail and SMS. Amount of payment will we pre-filled and cannot be modified by the customer.

3. Payment must be done within 48 hours after receiving payment request from Westhood after which it gets expired.

4. Upon the clearance of payment, customer will receive payment conformation e-mail and the order will we sent for processing.

5. If payment is not cleared by the customer within 48 hours of receiving the payment request, order will we cancelled and will not be processed further. 

Note: C.O.D (Cash on Delivery) orders have been currently disabled in the wake of COVID19 Pandemic to ensure social distancing.

 

Does Westhood offer any discount and/or coupons?

Yes! We always offer attractive discounts, coupons and offers according to changing trends and interests keeping in view the choices of our esteemed customers. Just remember to watch out for the offers on our Social Media handles, and don’t forget to Subscribe to our Newsletter. 
We also give away discount coupons to our customers from time to time; you can redeem these coupons by entering the coupon code on the Shopping Cart page before checking out with your order.

How long does it take to deliver an order?

Delivery of the order depends on the location of the buyer. Our delivery time ranges from 5 to 7 days based on different shipping zones. Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimate 1-2 weeks for your order to arrive (varies from product to product). Please note, that due to the extreme popularity of our offers, these are only estimates.

 

How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order is placed, we will send you a confirmation mail and we will notify you again via e-mail with the Tracking ID once the order is shipped. You can track your order using the same. If you have any other query, write to us at support@westhood.in, and your issue will be addressed.

 

How is shipping calculated? What is your shipping policy in relation to change of delivery date, change of shipping address, serviceable pin code, logistic partners, etc.?

Westhood offers a flat price of ₹ 50 per 500 grams for every prepaid domestic order. Cash on Delivery is an additional ₹ 50 for every order. You can get the final price payable of your order in your cart section or at the time of checkout.

Do you support international shipping?

Currently, we do not support international shipping. All of our products are procured and shipped within India.

 

Can I cancel the order which was placed earlier?

Since we are working on Print-On-Demand business model therefore it would not be possible for us to accept any order cancellation or modification request made by customer once the order has been sent for processing. Can I make Return/Replacement request of the product delivered to me?

If the product delivered to the customer is not in perfect condition such as Damaged, Manufacturing Defects, Wrong Items Sent, Misprinting Issues, etc. we offer completely free replacements to our customer. You just have to e-mail us on support@westhood.in with few pictures or a video showing the exact defect with the product. Our Return/Replacement Policy is valid upto 5 days from the date of delivery of the product. For more details visit our Return/Replacement Policy page.

What material is used for clothing products?

For our clothing products such as Men’s Tees, Women’s Tees, Crop Tops and Unisex Hoodies we use 100% combed cotton (pure cotton) with single jersey to make it wrinkle-free and smooth so that it doesn’t let you feel hot. For our Hoodies we use 320 gsm 100% bio-washed cotton (comfort fabric) to achieve soft fabric. These Hoodies are non-zipped with convenient kangaroo pockets that don’t catch dirt easily. For our other clothing products (except hoodies) we use 180 gsm bio-washed material (durable fabric) for a soft and silky fabric finish, along with superior color brightness that lasts up to 20 washes.

Weight of a Hoodie is 950 grams approx. whereas weight of other clothing products such as t-shirt (both men & women) and crop tops is 200 grams approx.

 

What kind of printing is used for clothing products?

We use high quality ‘Direct-To-Garment’ Printing. Our DTG printers print with precision and higher details. With no limitation to the number of colors, print just any design or image. We use Epson Ultrachrome DG inks to make sure our printed designs are stretch resistant.

 

What are the Wash Care instructions for clothing products?

Washing: Wash inside out with cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle.

Drying: Tumble dry low or hang-dry.

Ironing: If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on the lowest setting.

Don’ts: Do not bleach and do not dry clean.

 

What are the sizes available for clothing products?

Our sizes run from XS (extra small) to XXL. These sizes vary from product to product. You can select your size on product page. You can use our size guide to find the right fit for you.
